Our Structure
Spiritualism New Zealand is a registered charity run by a Board elected by members of our community via the Annual General Meeting. Members of the Board are also on one or more sub-committees.

Spiritual Healing
Sub-committee
Responsible for looking after applications from people wishing to become provisional or registered spiritual healers and dealing with any queries relating to our healers.

Events
Sub-committee
Responsible for organising activities such as workshops, webinars, retreats, and any other activities that promote Spiritualism New Zealand.

Spiritual Healing
Training Sub-committee
Responsible for organising training for those who wish to become spiritual healers and is chaired jointly by Anne Roughton and Barbara Hand.

Communications
Sub-committee
Responsible for communicating with our members and promoting our organisation.

100 Year Event
Sub-committee
Responsible for organising the celebration of 100 years since the Spiritualism Act of Parliament was signed on 24 September 1924 and promoting a national spiritual day.

Responsible for strengthening relationships with organisation members.

Meetings
Our Board meets two-monthly, via Zoom. This enables Board members from around the country to participate without needing to travel. Our finances are reviewed and reports are received and discussed from each of the sub-committees. Sub-comittee meetings are held as they are required.
